This Beautiful Sunflower Sunset Brand Shoot with Health and Wellness Coach will Make you Want To Book One

Brand shoot spotlight on Health and Wellness Coach, Alexandria Smith.
When health and wellness coach, Alex and I first connected on our initial chat, I wasn't sure I could deliver on her sunset sunflower maze photoshoot dreams in the timeline we discussed. Nature can be fussy and at the time our shoot was scheduled, it was unclear if the flowers would be ready and whether or not the maze would even be open.
So we created a backup plan to shoot in a super cute local forest walk, and although it was reassuring to have a plan B, I knew that we HAD to get to those sunflowers!! Booking opened just a week before our date, but they were booking a limited cars, and you could only book the day before. My inner coordinator panicked at the thought of not having our shoot fully nailed down ahead of time, so I wrote the farmer, who graciously allowed us to come after hours once everyone had left! We had the whole place to ourselves, and when I broke the good news to Alex, we were both sooo excited!
Come shoot day, we had such a great time from shooting in her gorgeous home and garden, to chatting through a client meeting at a local coffee shop. We took an afternoon break and met at the sunflower maze to finish our shoot at sunset. What an absolute dream.
Throughout the day, we captured photos that spoke to the balance Alex strives to help other busy women seek in their lives. She "helps women who have become 'stuck in a rut' with their overall health by being their guide on the side to hold them accountable to create change in their lives, their cheerleader to encourage them step by step and their teacher to provide the knowledge, tools and techniques to put into practice."
Her services "can help women change their perspective on their current lifestyle. Together as a team they implement small changes which have a big impact on their overall health and wellness. They are equipped to handle stress better, sleep well, enjoy exercise, have more intimate relationships, and enjoy nutritious food."
We squeezed a LOT into her shoot, making sure to include lots of content detail shots, as well as photos of her spending time with her kids, creating healthy food options, exercising, meditating, and interacting with a client. And what a fabulous day it was!!
